Delete your ORLAGH’S account
Option 1: in the app (quickest)
- Open the ORLAGH’S app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read what will happen and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you want a copy of your information first, use Profile → Download my data before deleting.
Option 2: by email
If you can’t use the app, email orlaghs2025@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us and we will agree another way to confirm it’s you.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner), and let you know when it’s done.
If our team made a booking for you without an app account (a guest booking), you can use the same email address to ask us to delete your details.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, email, phone, display name, profile picture and verification selfie).
- Your dogs’ records, intake forms, documents and photos. If you share a dog with another owner who keeps their account, they may keep that dog’s records, with your personal details removed.
- Your messages and images, Pack posts, replies, likes and group memberships, place reviews, alerts you sent in, game scores, learning progress and challenges.
- Usage statistics, push notification tokens, settings, reports and blocks you made, and your waiting-list entries.
What is kept, and for how long

If we need to keep anything else for a legal claim or because the law requires it, we will tell you.
Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
You can delete individual posts, messages and reviews in the app, edit or remove your dogs’ details, hide yourself from leaderboards, and switch off usage statistics and contact discovery in Profile. For anything else, email orlaghs2025@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
